Restrictions, fees and policies

7 nights is preferred and the minimum you can book a property is 4 nights.

Sometimes we will have last minute specials, where a gap between bookings (from 1-3 days) can be booked on your behalf.

If you are traveling within 30 days prior to arrival full payment is due.

If you are traveling beyond that allotted time then a $250 deposit will be due to hold the reservation.

The rest of the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

All costs are disclosed at the time of entering into a rental agreement.

Typically the following charges can be expected:

Deposit cost, total booking cost a night, a cleaning fee already included in the total cost of booking, a lodging tax, and if requested a heated pool fee (applicable for the townhouse only).

When you inquire on a property, we will provide a detailed summary of all costs.  No hidden or unexpected costs will be charged.

  • Bookings cancelled at 14 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
  • Bookings cancelled at within 7 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund … If we are able too book another guest at the dates requested you will be able to get 100% refund
  • If a security deposit was made and a cancellation was requested, you will still receive 100%

Why stay at a resort or hotel with hundreds of other vacationers when your family and friends have the privacy of a home, there are multiple rooms compared to a limited sized hotel, you will have a fully equipped kitchen, you won’t be paying per person, AND endless entertainment within your home and the clubhouse. You’ll be saving way more money than you think for the best value, and use your extra savings for greater memories and more fun!

Both vacation homes are within 6.9 miles or 10 minutes of Walt Disney World® and close to other major theme parks and attractions

  • Old Town an outdoor  – 10 minutes away
  • Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets – 14 minutes away 
  • International Drive with shopping and entertainment options perfect for the whole family and only – 14 minutes away 
  • Disney Spring the newest shopping location and – 14 minutes away 
  • Orlando Premium outlets an open air shopping location – 20 minutes away
  • The Florida Mall central floridas largest shopping location – 25 minutes away
  • The mall at millennia Orlandos luxury shopping destination – 25 minutes away.

Plus there are hundreds of gift shop outlets, and department stores at just 5 minutes away!

The two vendors recommended by the Windsor Hills Resort Management are Maingate Transportation and Golden Transportation. Maingate will need to be called to obtain the latest prices. Golden Transportation’s prices are for WH guests only. (that means you!) The service connects Windsor Hills to Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure , Wet n’ Wild and the Orlando Premium Outlets shopping mall. Rate per person varies between $11-15 (round trip) as of 2017. If you are part of a large party you can book a private van. This can be scheduled to suit your needs. Costs vary from around $60-85 (round trip) based on destination and can carry up to 14 passengers.

Check IN/OUT process

As soon as payment is made in full, an email will be sent with the details of your confirmation. This includes voucher, access code for the home, and WiFi password.

Yes, you will need a voucher provided by us, that will be sent with your confirmation.  Present the voucher at the gates, where a 24-hour security guard will hand you a sticker to display in your vehicle and you will be granted admission. 

Check in is at 4:00 PM however, you can enter the gated community and into your vacation home at any time after. 

If you have any garbage, just leave it in the bins outside and it will be taken out on a daily basis.

Equipment and services

Yes, both vacation homes have central air and heat. 

Yes, both vacation homes have fully equipped kitchen. Including silverware, dishes, pans and pots. Appliances as: Coffee makers, blenders, toasters, kettles, microwaves and a few others are also available at both properties.

We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, iron and ironing board in the property. All of our homes also include a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Both vacation homes are equipped with free wireless high-speed internet and Cable Tv.

If you have any problems with connectivity, please let us know. We also have a maintenance crew that can take care of any issues you may be

No, the homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

 A mid-stay clean includes: cleaning of all the bathrooms and the kitchen area, vacuuming and dusting, sweeping and mopping and making the beds (no washing of linens and towels included).

The fee is $65.day

If you are staying during the cooler seasons from October to April it is recommended to be heated. You can request to have the heater on for an additional fee of $15/day. 

You also have the option to head over to Windsor Hills Clubhouse, where there is an olympic-sized swimming pool, and hot tub (just a short walk from your vacation home) that is available to all guests and is always heated.

Rules during the stay

We absolutely encourage that you do! This way you can save a ton of money and enjoy meals with your family and friends.
 
There is a sundry shop right in the resort with basic grocery items, as well as a variety of supermarkets nearby.
 
This is perfect for you to have your favorite snacks and meals on-hand and in-your vacation home. 
We are always on call and standing by to address any issues you may have.

Unfortunately, only humans allowed. 

Yes, if you leave something behind on your visit and we find it, we can hold it for pick up for 15 days.
